About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Enlin Computers LLC website and submission of an inquiry. Enlin is based in Knoxville, Tennessee and serves customers in all 50 U.S. states. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before sending a request.
You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter an agreement, or have a parent or guardian handle the request and any order. If you act for a business or someone else, you must have authority to do so.
Free inquiries and written quotes
An inquiry is free and creates no obligation to buy. Submitting the form does not place an order, reserve parts, authorize repair work, or take a payment. We review requests individually and may decline work we cannot reasonably fulfill.
Your written quote confirms the scope, parts, price, applicable taxes and shipping charges, expected timing, and any order-specific terms before you accept. Website prices, example builds, availability, and performance estimates are informational until confirmed in your quote. Performance depends on the final configuration, software, settings, and use.
An accepted written quote controls the specific terms of that order, subject to applicable law and existing warranty promises. Changes to the agreed scope or charges require your approval. Keep a copy of your quote, invoice, and warranty documents.
Deposits and payments
After you accept your quote, a 10% deposit starts the work. The remaining 90% is due before shipping. Payment is arranged through a separate invoice, including QuickBooks where used. Do not send payment-card details through the inquiry form or ordinary email. These website terms do not make a deposit automatically nonrefundable.
Timing and shipping
We ship within the United States. Availability, shipping charges, and expected shipping timing are confirmed in your written quote. The timing you select in an inquiry is a preference, not a guaranteed delivery date.
If we cannot meet an agreed shipment deadline, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by law. Contact us about damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps. Keep the packaging where practical.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation, return, and deposit-refund terms depend on the approved written quote and applicable law. Any order-specific restrictions or charges must be disclosed before you accept the quote. This page does not establish a blanket “all sales final” policy or add an undisclosed cancellation fee.
To request a cancellation, return, or refund, contact enlin@enlincomputers.com with your name and quote or invoice reference. Please contact us before shipping equipment back so we can arrange the correct destination and handling. Nothing here limits rights you have for defective goods, unfulfilled orders, or other protections required by law.
One-year build warranty
Custom PC builds include the one-year warranty advertised on this website. Request and review the written warranty terms before accepting your quote, including coverage, the start date, how to obtain service, and responsibility for any shipping charges. Contact us at the email below for warranty assistance.
These website terms do not replace that warranty, add new exclusions, shorten existing coverage, or disclaim implied warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Repair, upgrade, or customer-supplied component coverage should be stated in the relevant written quote.
Repairs, customer parts, and your data
You must own the equipment or have permission to authorize work on it. Tell us about known faults, prior modifications, and any important data concerns before service. Back up important files and remove unnecessary sensitive information before handing over or shipping a device. If the device cannot be backed up, tell us before work begins so the risks and scope can be discussed.
Diagnostics or repair may involve access to the device and its operating system. Data recovery, data migration, drive erasure, and software installation are included only when agreed in the scope. Keep software licenses and account access lawful, and do not share passwords in the public inquiry form. These precautions do not excuse Enlin from responsibilities imposed by law or an agreed service obligation.
Website use and content
You may use this site to learn about our services and make legitimate requests. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, send spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or collect other customers’ information.
Enlin and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, images, branding, and other materials. You may view and share links for personal use; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Support guides and comparisons are general information. Follow component manufacturers’ instructions and seek help if a procedure is outside your experience. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We aim for accuracy but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation; contact us about errors so we can correct them.
Applicable law and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, Tennessee law governs these website terms. Mandatory protections under other applicable laws remain available. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights under an accepted quote or warranty, requires arbitration, or waives your right to bring a lawful complaint.
Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use and inquiries by posting a new effective date. Updates do not retroactively change an accepted quote or existing warranty. Material changes to an existing order require a separate agreement where required.
